MULTI-LITE is a global wholesaler of specialty lamps and one of the world’s largest distributors of the well-known brands OSRAM, PHILIPS, GE or TUNGSRAM. The company was founded in 1988 and has been owner-managed ever since. We are based in Reinbek near Hamburg and employ around 50 employees who do their best every day to offer you the perfect lighting solution.

In addition to specializing in the event industry, we have also permanently focused our portfolio on general lighting, which we offer you in this shop.

Delivery and return
Does MULTI-LITE deliver to any address in Germany?
Yes, within Germany we deliver to any address. However, we do not deliver to packing stations.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, a change or cancellation is no longer possible after receipt of the order. It is of great importance to us that you as a customer receive your goods quickly and ship them immediately, provided that they are in stock, and you have paid in advance.

Which shipping methods are available?
For consumers, we offer DHL standard shipping and pick-up.

Delivery only within Germany, invoicing in Euro. We don’t deliver to packing stations.

You are also welcome to pick up your goods yourself, if you wish. From Monday to Friday in the period from 09. 00 to 16. 00 o’clock our delivery gates are available for the collection of goods. Simply select the option “collection” when making your enquiry/order. We will then contact you immediately regarding suggested dates for the collection of your goods.

Can I also have it delivered abroad?
Until now, we only offer Germany-wide shipping via the private customer online shop. If you are a business customer, please take a look at our business customer shop at However, you can also send us a request and we will forward it to the appropriate department. The responsible colleagues will be happy to advise you.

What are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of € 3. 90 incl. VAT (regardless of how many parts the goods are delivered). Free delivery is made from 100€ order value (gross value of goods).

How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver with DHL standard shipping. After receipt of the order and if the goods are available in stock, the order will be shipped to you either the same day or the following day. Standard delivery within Germany is 1-3 days. Please bear in mind that there may be delays due to force majeure (such as Corona, storms, traffic jams) or a particularly high volume of parcels (e. g. at Christmas).
For parcels with excess length, i. e. more than 1. 20 m in length, the delivery can unfortunately also take a little longer since this is considered bulky goods. Delivery of bulky goods usually takes 1-3 weeks.

Is it possible to receive the delivery on a desired date?
Orders are always processed as quickly as possible, and the goods are sent to our customers so that you don’t have to stay in the dark for long. For this reason, delivery on a desired date is unfortunately not possible.

How is the shipment delivered?
You will receive a package from us. The size depends on the order quantity and the items ordered. Included in the scope of delivery is both the delivery note and the invoice for your order.
For parcels longer than 1. 20 m, delivery may take a little longer, as this is a bulk product (1-3 weeks).

Where’s my package?
You will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner DHL at the e-mail address provided by you, informing you that the shipment will be delivered soon. Further information can be found in the mail.
If your goods don’t arrive or take a long time to reach you, please contact us. We will then discuss the whereabouts of your goods with DHL. Please note that deliveries – especially at Christmas weddings – may be on the move a little longer than usual, as the parcel load there is correspondingly high.

How can I return unsuited goods?
As a consumer in distance selling, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can find more information here
The cost of returning the items shall be paid by the customer. Unstamped packages are rejected by us.

Can I exchange goods with you?
A direct exchange of goods is unfortunately not possible. If you ordered the wrong bulbs, then you would have to return them to us and place a new order for the right bulbs. The orders are then processed separately. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong bulbs and need help.

Payment and invoice
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
We will enclose the invoice for your shipment. As a registered customer, you will receive an e-mail with a copy of the invoice as a PDF document, provided you have provided an e-mail address.

How can I pay?
We offer our private customers the following payment options:
  1. credit card (VISA/Mastercard),
  2. PayPal,
  3. Klarna (invoice),
  4. advance payment,
  5. payment by invoice *

*Payment by invoice is only available to customers with customer account and activation for payment by invoice.

Where do you want me to transfer?
In case of payment in advance, you pay the purchase amount to our account (Hamburger Sparkasse, IBAN DE08 2005 0550 1394 1202 63, BIC HASPDEHHXXX), we will ship the goods as soon as the payment has been credited to us.
With credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and Paypal you pay the purchase price by debiting your credit card or Paypal account when sending the order in the shop.

Other questions
Where can I dispose of my bulbs?
Bulbs such as LEDs or energy-saving lamps cannot be disposed of in household waste, as they contain pollutants or are limited in resources. Therefore, these lamps are disposed of separately or recycled. These include LEDs, compact fluorescent lamps or conventional fluorescent lamps. They must not be disposed of in household waste but must be delivered to a nearby collection point. Conventional halogen lamps do not contain harmful toxins such as mercury and can therefore be easily disposed of in residual waste. Pay attention to the crossed-out trash can symbol on the packaging – this means that you have to dispose of the bulb separately.
