You are also welcome to pick up your goods yourself, if you wish. Our delivery locks are ready to collect goods from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Simply select the option "pick-up" when making your inquiry / order. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible with regard to suggested dates for collecting your goods.

When paying by invoice issued by us and when paying by Klarna invoice, you only pay for your goods when you have received them. If you pay via Klarna, the invoice will be sent to you by Klarna by email. You have 14 days to pay the invoice. When paying on account, which is created directly by us, the amount is due within 10 days.
When paying in advance, you pay the purchase amount to our account (Hamburger Sparkasse, IBAN DE08 2005 0550 1394 1202 63, BIC HASPDEHHXXX ), we will send the goods as soon as we have credited the payment.
For credit cards (VISA / Mastercard) and PayPal, you pay the purchase price by debiting your credit card or PayPal account when you send the order in the shop.
